Generally speaking, the media circus we usually have in high profile cases is grossly unfair to the accused and tends to lead to a presumption of guilt. I don't agree with releasing details of the accuser but, at the same time, we need to offer the accused the same protection.

I was wondering where all those posters are who don't believe anything is a conspiracy?

I'm not saying it is, it could be rape....men in high places do stupid/criminal things all the time...but some don't believe her story and think it's a CONSPIRACY to ruin this guy.....

I think we should wait for all the facts and circumstances to be revealed.

Anyway, personally I think the man is guilty, as he has a known history of sexual harrassment.

WHY should someone who accuses another of a crime be exempt from the same scrutiny that the accused will face?
Because someone's who's been the victim of a crime shouldn't be further victimized??? Do you understand why women don't report rape most of the time? It's because of things like this. Her appearance, the way she dresses, her breast size, her sexual history are all irrelevant to the events she describes happening in DSK's hotel room. But now, her privacy has been stripped away, and that is just another form of attack.

I cannot believe you actually believe this. If this is really how you believe, you are one sick, base individual.

With all that is at stake, the powers in defense of DSK will do everything possible to defend him and destroy the accuser. Will be interesting to see what unfolds over the next couple of weeks.......

I'll keep an open mind for the time being.
