No, stupidity either.

I wonder why a supposedly sane person would think a certain type of employee supporting themselves with a certain job....should be ugly.

From Guinea.

I hope she's in the USA legally.

If not she's got a free ride now.

Being a cleaning woman is honest hard work.

No doubt this case is her ticket "in" if not for the rape, she hit the lottery.

Breast size would determine political affiliation.

Oh, too bad he didn't try to make a move on the muslim 'spitter'.

She would have left PLENTY of HER DNA.

This has to be the first time ever when a Jew is accused of attacking a Muslim and you take the side of the Muslim.

If it turns out that Narissa Diallo is a member of the Muslim Brotherhood or has family in the Muslim Brotherhood, would you still stick up for her?

Why should rape victims be given some special status that victims of other serious crimes aren't?

And why is misogyny considered "worse" than open racism or open anti-Semitism? (You aren't racist or anti-semitic but many posters who are openly racist and/or openly anti-semitic think that the slightest hint of misogyny is socially unacceptable....)

Because being physically raped and being emotionally raped by the public puts the victim through the wringer twice, which discourages women from reporting when they've been sexually assaulted. The majority of rapes go unreported. Just think if the majority of auto thefts went unreported, we'd probably have a huge surge in the number of people stealing cars, since if the crime is not reported the car thieves wouldn't be concerned with getting caught.

Because victims of sexual assault, despite enduring the assault, must endure disparaging judgements and character assassinations from others. You know the typical blame the victim stuff, and then the voyeurism such as this thread where people comment on her appearance. Many, many stupid people still pass judgement on rape victims that they do not pass on victims of other crimes, and that is the reason.

I don't think it is, I'm not sure where you got that idea.

Victims of gang violence also go through the same stuff, plenty of blame the victim judgmentalism and often all sorts of derogatory comments related to their ethnicity, the neighborhoods they live in, and how they were dressed when they were attacked, and whether they were gang members themselves. So based on that criteria victims of street gang crimes should not have their names mentioned and should enjoy the protections of a "shield" just like rape victims.

Rape should be treated no differently than any other serious crime.

Open displays of racism, xenophobia, and antisemitism on C-D don't get attacked anywhere near as much as even the most mild criticisms of some women - make those and the running dogs on C-D will be quick to jump on your back for "misogyny". And ironically many of those C-D "feminists" - some of whom are even male - are very openly racist, xenophobic, etc. themselves and see nothing wrong with open displays of racism. You're not a bigot but many of these people are.
