Bush made a mess by overspending, but Obama is just throwing gasoline on the fire.

What do you expect with an economy that lost 8.8 million jobs beginning in Jan 2008?

How did you figure that out? Could you also provide the number going back to 1980 or 1975? Or did you gather that cherry picked information at a right wing website/radio/TV?

And from those who are even employed....

More sobering math and stats:

How much does the average American make in 2010? Examining new data on U.S. household income numbers and high income earners. 100 million Americans make less than $39,999 per year.

Genius, adjusted for inflation wages have not went up in 30 years. In fact they've gone down.

Unemployment is currently underreported. Even government officials admit that their “adjustments” to unemployment figures are inaccurate during recessions.

People are job jumping a lot like human toads from what I've seen in real life: instead of lily pads it's one sinking ship to another.

I really have no idea if or when the situation will improve.....

Back in 2009 when we were still in Colorado, I was sent to the home of a very elderly gentleman to repair his toilet. (I'm a plumber by trade) Anyway, he and I got to talking and I asked what he thought of the current situation.

He said the Great Depression was worse, but this is the worst economic situation since then.... I'm inclined to agree.

I had it estimated between 20%-24%

All the 99'er off the checklist.
All the self employed, they label subcontractor(there is a lot of these in the construction trades)
