how many amendments and/or earmarks were in it? maybe that is the reasons that they dont want it passed.

You're the type of person that would attach an amendment in the Defense Appropriations bill that says people must eat babies every month and the GOP would vote it down and you'd come out and say the GOP hates the troops

Not one bill should pass anything until a budget is passed that will lead to a balanced budget within 5 years.

The GOP has a Jobs Plan, it consists of Tax Breaks for the wealthy if they use caddies rather than electric carts. That will put thousands of former middle class Americans to work carrying the golf bags of the rich,
