I have had my spending cut by a combination of a stagnant income and rising utility costs, rising fuel costs, rising insurance costs, and rising food prices.
The only price that has fallen belongs to my house, and I own that!
I guess I'm numb to any other increases in my life; although I'd hate to see it.
