KENT, Wash. - At least 10 people were injured in a mass shooting Saturday afternoon that may have started with an argument over a paint job at a low-rider car show off Pacific Highway.

Police would not confirm what the argument was about, but said the gunfire erupted when a fight broke out among some of the people at the car show.

Another satisfied American exercising "his/her rights to keep and bare arms". What a country! Just don't forget to duck and cover.

This was a "low rider" car show in a heavily hispanic area near Tacoma. You may be jumping to conclusions assuming that the shooter was a citizen or that they were in legal possession of the firearm. But of course, who needs to wait for facts if you can get in a quick political dig?

From the article linked in the OP:

Police would not confirm what started the argument. But Kasner did say the shootings may have been gang-related, and that gang detectives have been called in for the investigation.

He probably jumped to the conclusion that it was another disgruntled racist, xenophobic Republican white Christian male too

Situations like this are why we have concealed weapons laws. You would be one of those shoving kids out of your way to hide behind a trashcan, it seems. That's fine, just don't expect others to do the same.

Amazing no mention of "Islamists" yet!...

When they find out who was responsible, let's see if they indicate the person by religion: "Catholic commits mass shooting at Kent car show"..

Peace,
brian

Mwruckman also sounds like one of those people who naively believe that the police are their personal bodyguards when the SCOTUS has ruled that it is not the police's duty to protect people from criminals. The police are only there to keep the peace, enforce the laws, and process criminals that are caught engaging in illegal activity
