Can I use your private jet and sail on your yacht?

Maybe I can stay in your mansion on the beach since you aren't using it because you are in aspen at one of your many other mansions...

I'd also like you to keep your butlers at these residences when I visit.

... What? You don't have any of these things? But Obama said you did... this is shocking! shocking!

Perhaps what is shocking is that someone who makes 20 million a year has the same tax rate as a couple that makes 250,000 a year... Which wasn't always the case.

Why do people who make more need to be taxed MORE?
20% of $20,000 a year is $4000
20% of $200,000 a year is $40,000
20% of $2,000,000 a year is $400,000
20% of 20,000,000 a year is $4,000,000

The 20 mil a year IS paying more money than the $20k a year person.. but they are equally contributing.
I don't think the rich need to have tax cuts and tax breaks, but at the same time I don't think we need to NOT tax the "low income" either. Both sides want special treatment, all while the middle class pays the bills.

Equal tax PERCENTAGE for everyone.

You're right, because things like gas, electricity, car insurance, health insurance... Those all cost more when you're rich.

I mean, whenever I pay my health insurance, it asks how much I make, and charges me accordingly.

CLEARLY if this was to happen the whole tax system would have to be reconstructed.

Either we have the same amount deducted from people's income, or we all pay a higher but across-the-boad national sales tax.

Fair is fair.

No one should not pay tax because they are rich, but they shouldn't give more.
No one should not pay tax because they are poor, but want to gain the benefits of others paying taxes.

We all benefit from taxes. Let's all pay them equally.

my house is bigger than yours, you should see my heating bill for the pool in the winter. LNG is not cheap, ya know.
my car is more expensive than yours and gets 9 mpg.
I have a low deductable insurance, thats expensive.

I always enjoy common/poor folk telling me how to live.

Right. What about electricity or clothes or taxes, personal and RE.
Those don't count because they are different.

Instead pick a fixed cost and whine about the unfairness of it all.

No, you pay the same, you just use more of it.

But hey, the rich are busy decimating the middle class, so you reap what you sow.

No they are not..the government is.

Your taxes go to the government, not individuals. Think about that one.
If your taxes are going to the rich then who allowed that ? Why the government did with it's tax laws and subsidies and breaks.
You voted these people into office.
