Sorry, you are wrong. I don't know how you have come to such a conclusion. I'm socially liberal but very fiscally responsible.
That is not possible. To be socially liberal means you want government to spend more than we have on social problems, which is not being fiscally conservative. They call that being fiscally irresponsible.
Me. While I do not want government recklessing spending money to offset social issues/problems, I have no issue with any non-profit doing just that. I want national balanced budgets with tough spending choices imposed, but get into social conserv hot button issues like abortion or gay marriage, and I need no sominex.

WTF? To be socially liberal in a nutshell means on some key issues you don't want big government controlling and telling people who they can and can not marry, nor to tell a woman what she can and can not do with her body. In otherwords less government, more freedom. Social issues have nothing to do with big spending and fiscal responsibility, that's what conservative fiscal stances are all about. Big government, big spending.
Otherwise there are plenty of fiscally conservative/socially liberal people, they go by blue dog democrats.
Many who consider themselves Libertarian are really not Libertarian but pro state rights.
