What DoD records? The money was already missing in 1999. There were no records of it. That's why it was reported in 1999 as missing, under the CLINTON admin.

No... reported in a DoD audit in 1999. Rumsfeld COMPLAINED about the missing TRILLIONS and lack of records in 2001, shortly after he became SoD.

Rumsfeld reiterated facts about the $2.3 TRILLION discovered as missing in 1999.The $2.3 TRILLION lost by the CLINTON admin that Rumsfeld reported is small potatoes. Look at the $7 TRILLION juggled around as reported by the AP in 2000, ALSO under the CLINTON admin...

The military's money managers last year made almost $7 trillion in adjustments to their financial ledgers in an attempt to make them add up, the Pentagon's inspector general said in a report released Friday.
Pentagon's finances in disarray

The CLINTON admin played fast and loose with taxpayer money. The CLINTON admin cannot account for TRILLION$$$ of taxpayer dollars. Rumsfeld only reiterated that fact. Why shoot the messenger? Go after the thief: CLINTON.

HC475 is doing an excellent job acting as the straight man so we can get the facts out about the CLINTON admin losing/stealing TRILLION$$$ of taxpayers' dollars.

Can't steal something that was ALREADY stolen/lost in 1999 during the CLINTON admin.
