It is an old case, I didn't look at the date. But here is an update, case settled out of court. Hmmm.
That was was awful. She did appear very drunk and out of control though which in some jurisdictions is cause for arrest. However, it was probably good for her case that she was so vocal.
That was a gang rape without the penetration. At least from whats presented on tape.
