He shouldn't get anything from the lawsuit, but White Castle -- seriously, you need to know your customer base. I have a 30 inch waste. I've eaten there once in my entire life. This man probably dines there a bit more often. You should make your seating to accomodate him, not me.

The ironic thing is, with the American's with Disabilities Act regulations, this guy has a valid case. Reworking their booths certainly seems like "reasonable accomodation", at least in comparision to other modifications associated with the ADA.

Does the ADA extend to people that are simply fat by their own accord with no medical reason?
