Again, how much control over the hiring practices of contractors? Your company may not hire illegals but do your contractors? If not, how does your company know? Perhaps in the contract it says "only legal residents", if so how is it enforced?

My point is Perry is taking credit for creating jobs in Texas. However if the study is accurate and that 81% of those jobs went to foreigners in a border state, one can assume many of those jobs are not going to tax paying citizens but those who are illegal. Millions of jobs going to India and China certainly is hurting us but they are not running for President of the United States.
