Wrong! Provide a credible link to prove otherwise.

Here is the issue, you see corps as what has damaged us and I see that its the gov that has. Not exactly the same.

Who controls the tax payers money? Who decides how its spent?

Exactly! Most representatives spend most of their time fund raising and there are an inordinate amount of special interest lobbyists per representative.

The number of registered lobbyists in Washington has more than doubled since 2000 to more than 34,750 while the amount that lobbyists charge their new clients has increased by as much as 100 percent. Only a few other businesses have enjoyed greater prosperity in an otherwise fitful economy.

The lobbying boom has been caused by three factors, experts say: rapid growth in government, Republican control of both the White House and Congress, and wide acceptance among corporations that they need to hire professional lobbyists to secure their share of federal benefits.

Until the money is taken out of the equation, we will never have a thrid party choice and our vote is a sorry joke.

Do you ever read other threads? These have been posted time and time again for you lazy liberals. Do you not have the ability to do your own internet search or must EVERYTHING you want to deny be spoon fed to you. Grow up already.

Your so called "grass roots" movement (really well organized & funded astro-turf) has threatened to wipe the NYSE off the face of the internet on October 10th (via Anonymous). Don't you see how many tens, if not hundreds of millions of people with savings, retirement, and pensions, invested for modest market returns who will be harmed? Do you really want to crash the entire system, create chaos, and force more to be homeless and hungry?

Are the laws of unintended consequences so beyond the grasp of useful idiots for the Marxist movement? Really?

Why hasn't Obama addressed this terrorist threat against the NYSE? Answer that!

@PlanetZero, The Tea Party and Ron Paul have NEVER stood for anarchy, only the US Constitutional as the law by which our federal government abides. Do you really not understand the difference?

"Big labor" is grassroots. They represent the working man, not the millionaires

That is the question that would be appropriately posed to Wall Street. Is "Marxist" the flavor of the month buzz word?

So what you are saying is that you prefer an Oligarchy as opposed to upsetting the apple cart of corruption greed and thievery and to hell with the power and voice of the average person and the middle class. Status quo is just fine as long as the bottom line is manipulated without regulation or oversight. Maybe we should not address free trade or any issue that threatens the golden parachutes and over the top profits that Wall Street, Corporatists and political cronies stuff into their pockets.

I absolutely agree and thought the Tea party should support these protestors for the exact reasons you mentioned. I always said the division in the country is not about RvsD or RvsL as well.

Lets hope these special interests either 1) keep their distance or 2) are resisted by the protestors.
The Tea Party was created by money flowing from Wall Street, you won't see them protesting against Wall Street, but don't be surprised if they turn out for a counter protest in favor of the banksters and Wall Streeters.

Right now Karl Rove, the Koch Bros. and other influential righties are wondering how best to counteract this grass roots movement. They have the Tea Party on a short leash.
