No matter how much I tried, I never understood the idea behind the nobel peace prize. Isn't it supposed to be awarded to people who make peace? The last 30 years peace prize winners had little to do with peace.
They gave it to Arafat in the 90s!!
Besides, look at the people awarding this peace price. Their whole view on the world is quit different from most Americans.

I used to always make a point of reading-up on the accomplishments of someone when it was announced that they'd won the Nobel.
But ever since Obama was aburdly awarded it a couple years ago, that prize has lost most of its credibility and honor with this writer.
