Cannot blame them at all. Detroit is broke and the thugs are running the asylum. How long will the city be able to pay their police? They are already ripping out street lights because the city cannot pay their $4 million electric bill.

Yeah, I forget what city it was just a few years ago but some thugs ordered a pizza and gave the address next door.
They murdered and robbed the pizza guy. Police showed up and found the guys sitting next door eating the pizza with the murder wheapon on them and the drivers wallet etc.
I can beat that. Earlier this year in PG County, MD 3 guys robbed and killed a deliveryman. However when he was found he still had his money on him. The thugs robbed him of his pizza and wings so they could sell them on the street.

Detroit is a sad and scary hellhole that I wouldn't travel to for any reason. The saddest thing about what Detroit has become is that it once was one of America's greatest cities. Now it's a testament of a civilization lost. Though most people know Detroit is a terrible city, I don't think most understand how far the city has fallen. It's like a war torn no man's land.
I don't know. In a culture where human life means nothing, anything even as trivial as a slice of pizza has more value than a human life.
