Yes, and we all know college instructors are 100% correct 100% of the time right?

Judging by his actions, a retarded goat knows more about the Constitution than Obama does.

There are also 41 pieces of legislation pertaining to American jobs. The three most likely candidates are:
  • H.R. 1744 - The "American Job Protection Act" of 2011, sponsored by Rep. Boustany, Charles W., Jr. [LA-7]. Introduced May 5, 2011 with 166 co-sponsors;
  • S. 20 - The "American Job Protection Act" of 2011, sponsored by Sen. Hatch, Orrin G. [UT]. Introduced January 25, 2011 with 35 co-sponsors.; or
  • S. 1720 - The "Jobs Through Growth Act" of 2011, sponsored by Sen. McCain, John [AZ]. Introduced October 17, 2011 with 37 co-sponsors.
Obama is further demonstrating his inexperience and naivete. He should have known that 95% of the bills introduced in Congress never pass to become law.
this leads to a great conversation. Are Tax bills great job creators or are they more welfare for the rich?

Do not be so certain. First, Obama was never a professor. He was a guest speaker at Chicago University. Second, he could not even quote the US Constitution correctly during his State of the Union speech. Obama's grasp of the US Constitution is tenuous at best.

Everything Obama does is for his campaign, everything. His posturing is an attempt to shape the weak minds into believing that he really has the solution. Surprisingly, this tactic has some limited success.

None of his previous jobs bills (stimulus, cash for clunkers, etc) have worked, there is no reason to expect this one to work. I think it even helps Obama if it doesn't pass so he can look like the guy trying to get America back to work rather than exposing another waste of money bill.

Remove the healthcare bill and other uncertainty to hiring. Restore drilling. Get rid of every regulation put in place in the last 3 years. There is the jobs bill.

I prefer Persident Obana to the Republican obstructionists in congress. He is trying to do what is needed and the RWA's are fighting for failure.

Except that it was the Democrats in the Senate that killed Obama's jobs bill, twice, not Republicans. Face reality, you will support Obama regardless of the madness and stupidity he fosters, even if it involves deliberately lying about the other political party.

So, you think Obama had it wrong, and democrats in the congress had it right. Really? This country, clearly, can't handle a President who doesn't toe along his party lines.
