Dictators cannot make laws in this nation of the People, by the people, for the people.

Yet Obama blames Congress for not passing his legislation???
Why stick to the Constitution, now? He is on a roll!
How naive are you? Presidents suggest introduction of legislation and support or fight legislation all the time. They work with Congress to achieve their goals. Why aren't you criticizing the GOP candidates who are promising to enact laws when they are elected? I guess they don't know the constitution either?

There's plenty to criticize Obama for, but this isn't one of them.

What "laws" is the President enacting?

Ordering Federal agencies to "take steps to speed up the transfer of federal research and development from the laboratory to the marketplace," is not a law but rather an executive order pertaining to the operation of Federal agencies something well within the authority of the Executive Branch.

The other alleged "law" is the establishment of a website to help businesses increase their export of goods and services by consolidating such information in one central online location? Again, well within the purview of the Executive branch.

Read, Think, then Post.

I support President Obama and the Democratic Party, although I disagree with some of their policies, because I despise the economic elitism and ill disquised racism of the Republicans as well as their choice of idiots du jure for candidates.

You may want to do a bit more research.
Quote:
From 1992 until his election to the U.S. Senate in 2004, Barack Obama served as a professor in the Law School. He was a Lecturer from 1992 to 1996. He was a Senior Lecturer from 1996 to 2004, during which time he taught three courses per year. Senior Lecturers are considered to be members of the Law School faculty and are regarded as professors, although not full-time or tenure-track. The title of Senior Lecturer is distinct from the title of Lecturer, which signifies adjunct status. Like Obama, each of the Law School’s Senior Lecturers have high-demand careers in politics or public service, which prevent full-time teaching. Several times during his 12 years as a professor in the Law School, Obama was invited to join the faculty in a full-time tenure-track position, but he declined.
As for any misquotes of the constitution by President Obama i'd be interested if you'd refresh my mind on the particular incident as i dont remember it.

Don't worry, even my seven year old niece can read and understand as well as many I see around here. What I must worry, however, is that not even she would make an attempt to tie THAT to rebuking the congress on not acting on his proposals. Whereas, many here, pretending to be grown ups, need help (for a lot of things, many personal I'm sure).

Yeah, the President's proposal and rebuking the idiots you stand for. Somehow, proposals and rebuking congress unconstitutional.

My seven year old niece knows better.
