Re : 2nd paragraph...exactly: Dodd is next. And any Congress people who voted against allowing Federal judges to aid with HAMP and MHA/modification programs are now on a list of those to be blamed for the housing mess.
It could have been avoided by federal courts working it out, but CONGRESS in its hubris and cronyism decided to let the chips fall...and let banks rule...I will be researching their votes and posting later on this. All valid as per bankruptcy atty's who I have worked for and are now backlogged with Ch 11 and Chapter 13's that could have been avoided.

He's one of the best Congress has. After 32 years, at age 71, I can see how he wants to retire though. I hope he enjoys his retirement. I'm looking forward to seeing the next liberal congressman the great state of Mass. sends us.
