He's afraid they might chase him down the street, tackle him and give him fashion advice. Or maybe do his hair.

Those wanting gay marriage so bad may want to look into why it passed in Masschusetts. As the saying goes, be carefull what you ask for, you may just get it.

No I'm thinking your the one who's afraid. I'm not afraid of anything. You seem to be afraid of someone else having their own opinion that doesn't go along with your's

No, but I am damn terrified that some people think they can legislate the rights of others away on a whim.

Every time we let that happen, we slide farther away from being a free society.

As for your opinion, I'd fight tooth and nail for your right to express it despite my disagreement with it. Unlike most of the people here, I've actually done that, in court, for real.

Can you also say you walk the walk?

I've always said your free to your own opinion but don't expect me to go along with it. I can think for myself.

I'm not trying to prevent you from having an opinion. People are trying to prevent gay people from living their lives in happiness.

Please answer the question. Does someone being gay affect you?

If someone like YOU thinks an argument is "ridiculous," it is evidence that I'm on the right track, and taking a logical approach to problem solving, as opposed to some bizarre appeal to cosmic duty of the propagation of the species.

I had no idea that any species OTHER than humans possessed the intellectual awareness of the link between sex and procreation. And to be honest, given the state of shear stupidity that exists today, I'm not sure ALL humans are aware of the direct link.
Why would the best place to start be to question the self-awareness and consciousness of other animals on issues of sexuality? How is this relevant to the discussion at hand? Either sex is for procreation only, or it is not. In some species, sex only happens (biologically) for the express purpose of producing offspring. Essentially every sexual encounter results in pregnancy. In other animals, such as primates, this is not the case. Indeed, homosexual contact is well documented in animals such as bonobos.

Right. And you're a regular Dr. Ruth yourself.

It's possible to be born with an arm growing out of the side of your head, but look around ... and tell me that would be "natural" ?

Your definition of "natural" is that of a confused simpleton, which I suppose (given your posts on this subject) is only expected.

By it's very definition if it arises by natural means, it is NATURAL. It is natural that certain people are born deaf. It may not be evolutionary advantageous, but it is NATURAL. A person with a birth defect that causes an arm to grow out of their head is inflicted with a NATURAL physical defect, because his defect was not occasioned by human or machine means.

Further, the primary biological purpose of a human organ, activity does not dictate that ONLY behavior correlates with that primary biological function is "natural."

YOUR issue appears to be an inability to distinguish between "natural" and "not normal".... but "not normal" in this case simply means "not of the majority," because activity exhibited across the human spectrum of sexuality is still "normal" to human sexuality.
