If after all this time if they still can't find out where the man was born it means that all the resources the GOP has at it's disposal are failures: the FBI, the CIA, the NSA, the supreme court or there are a lot of stupid people around. Don't you think if he wasn't born in the USA we'd know about it by this time. That's a secret you just can't keep. These birthers are just fooling themselves and to no good end because if people like me who are swing voters keep hearing this we're not going to vote for the GOP if we vote at all.

It looks like a lot of Iowa farmers and citizens aren't buying that Obama is a natural born citizen even after the abstract computer image of his birth certificate was released back on April 27th in which many experts in the field of computer imaging and graphics stated they have found it to be fraudulent after careful examination. I am sure the republican Iowans are not alone with their thoughts on this.

Being a birther should cause you to forfeit your right to vote; obviously you're too stupid to be entrusted with such an important responsibility.

That's scary to think that such a misinformed group of people will be picking the GOP's nominee. I guess you just can't fix stupid.

It's scary that misinformed voters were not educated enough to realize that they were picking a non natural born citizen with a born allegiance to a foreign sovereignty (England) as their president.

While I agree with you about the birthers, they really aren't stupid....they just hate something so much they will believe any scrap they possibly can to hang onto their world view. (Just like the guys that say the moon landings are faked and the Chemtrails are for mind control and so forth.)

However, probably the best thing you could ever do for the republican party is to re-institute some sort of poll tax via an intelligence test and pretty much watch a swath of the democratic party become disenfranchised.

P.S. You do know that what you are suggesting was a racist Jim Crow strategy right? So either way you are uneducated or scary as heck. Which is it?

The smarter Americans, that know a lot of Iowans first reaction would be to question the poll and it's techniques.

Iowans are typically smarter than most other states IMO....but since they are in flyover country the small minded coasters label them out of ignorance.
