I am continually puzzled as to why anyone would continue to praise and support a president who has proven to be an abject failure in all facets of his presidency, to the detriment of the American public. If one was actually concerned with the well being of fellow Americans, one would choose to have a competent president, regardless of party, in the White House. Instead the left chooses to support a petty, divisive, childish partisan, simply because he is a democrat.

One would offer that perhaps a change would be in order, when one has failed so miserably. Imagine had Lincoln stuck with all his failed generals, before arriving upon Grant, who won the war. Perhaps a prudent, logical voter would not accept failure and would seek a successful president. That person is certainly not Obama- he has proven to be terrible.

Same can be said for those who still support Bush and those who support the flavor of the month in republican candidates.

I think some comedian said "you can't fix stupid" or something like that. It applies to the liberal Democrats.

Default Why Do Liberals Praise Obama, Despite his miserable failure?

Because he marches in lock-step with the marxist/communist ideology. Make no mistake, Obama is just a tool in the arsenal which is being used to bring down this Republic.

And if the electorate in this country is unable to awaken and vote ALL of these marxist/communist-leaning politicians out of office, why then, I guess we'll all be getting what we deserve. But it will be a far cry from what our Founding Fathers had envisioned and planned for.

Comrade Zero-bama Bummer Bin Laden is a Marxist, fascist, warmongering liberal peacenik, black supremacist, closet homosexual, Sharia loving Muslim atheist who is nothing more than a puppet of powerful Jewish corporate bankers. He's destroying America.

I agree I think it's a mental disorder, to have a hard right admin such as Bush that was the most monumental failure in US history, to still support and want those failed hard right policies back.

When I read your last sentence I can only think of Bush. How is Obama ANY of these terms? Bush was extremely partisan, his way or the highway, and generally incompetent about everything. Are you not hearing the frequent references by Obama to the failures of his own party? He has been quite critical of the Democrats. He speaks from the center on every occasion. He is right to blame Bush AND all of us for our allowing Bush to do all that damage. Obama has his hands full and while I dislike him now more than when he was elected (I didn't vote for him or McCain) he is still better than the bag of nuts on the Republican side. Because of the party's platform and its severe tilt to the right, I can't possibly vote R as a sane person. I'd LOVE an independent or some other person on the D side but I'm stuck with the O man: Love his rhetoric, agree with it in principle, hate the execution and the giving in on so many important issues. You gotta admit he has caved on many of the things he has supported. Can you claim that Bush EVER yielded on anything even when every poll and scientific fact at his disposal screamed the opposite was true? Obama isn't getting the job done and neither are we. We are a bunch of stupid idiots blaming a "side" and continuously missing the point. Obama's slogan was "Yes We Can", not "Yes I Can". Without compromise, something Obama has shown time and again he is capable of, what's the point?

And will someone please highlight the marxist/communist/socialist/dictatorial tendencies in his words instead of proving to everyone who reads your post that you're a crazy rwnj? I'm a full-blown conspiracy theory believer but this specter of the "C" word underlying everything is paranoia of the first magnitude. IF that view of Obama is true, he has accomplished nothing in terms of a takeover or revision of our economic system in 3 years. If anything, Wall Street is more powerful now than ever which in and of itself completely undermines the idea that he is a communist.

Yet many of his policies Obama has kept in place.

It is called selective memory.

Just ask one of the posters on CD who posts a "let's praise Obama" thread every.single.day.

Your average idiot voter doesn't care how big of a buffoon "his/her" POTUS is, as long as he is in power they are happy.
