HistorianDude..is getting wrapped around the axle. The fraud he's been hyping has to prove in court he's a natural born Citizen.

Defendant obama cannot prove he's a natural born Citizen.

What a minute! You both have the same problem and neither on of you can prove intent against the other. And unless the "anchor baby" law is changed a child born in United States is an American citizen at birth unless there is a legal bar tp be challened. When POTUS was born Hawaii was a newly admitted STATE and therefore even if his parents were born on Mars HE IS a US citizen. If his father was a British citizen so what? His mother was born in America to American citizens. He could have legally held dual citizenship until he attained majority age. But since he was born in an American state to a natural born Amerian parent I doubt seriously the dual citizenship - if it was true, and if it was ever tested, it was ever an issue.

The Constitution states the president must be a natural born Citizen. Obama cannot prove in Court hes a natural born Citizen. It is doubtful he can prove hes a citizen.

He fails Wong Kim Ark and Minor v Happersett.

There is an old adage: " You can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink." Conversely and sadder are people who do not believe facts where there is provable evidence such as a birth certificate. You can go to Hawaii and see it for yourself.

Unfortunately your arguement won't hold water. It is an old tired attempt to discredit the first black man to live in the Peorple's House.

The Fourteenth Amendment states that "all persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States." Since Hawaii is part of the United States, even if Barack Obama's parents were both non-U.S. citizens who hadn't even set foot in the country until just before he was born, he'd still qualify as a natural-born citizen.

Some have claimed that Barack Obama's Hawaiian birthplace doesn't qualify him as a natural-born citizen because Hawaii was not yet a state when he was born. This claim is wrong: Hawaii was admitted as the 50th state almost two years before Barack Obama's birth there 21 August 1959 for statehood vs. 4 August1961 for Obama's birthdate).

As to the topic at hand nothing has been decided. The judge granted a motion to sever and the FIRSTt HEARING begins January 26th followed by the other two. There will be no final decision until all arguments are heard and it is taken under consideration. .

"The judge’s decision was to refuse to dismiss the complaints, an action that had been sought by Obama. He also granted a motion to sever the cases, and he scheduled a hearing at 9 a.m. on Jan. 26 for the complaint brought by Weldon. Following immediately will be hearings for the cases brought by Swensson and Powell, and the issue raised by Farrar, Lax, Judy, Malaren and Roth will be third."

One thing I do find interesting is one of the challengers is dredging up the Constitution before the wording was changed. The change occured before Obama was born therefore he could not have known about it. Generally speaking if X is not "grandfathered" it is not actionable. It will fun to watch the legal boxing match. My bet is on the Constitution. It will be interesting to see if a Judge in a former slave state can bar the name of a black sitting president who was already been thorougly investigated at least twice from a state ballot.

If this continues it is quite possible that Georgia will have two presidential elections. It is a good thing that all the counties in Georgia can afford the cost associated with holding a presidential election twice in one year as most counties can't afford it once every four years.

Snopes is a known husband/wife team who are devoted democrats and Obama supporters. They're very deceptive. Also, please point out to where the term 'Natural Born Citizen' is specifically mentioned in the 14th Amendment. You can copy and paste it if you desire.

John Bingham, the father of the 14th Amendment stated this in defining a natural born citizen:

“every human being born within the jurisdiction of the U.S. of parents [plural] not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty is, in the language of the Constitution itself, a natural born citizen.”


Obama's father owed allegiance to the British Crown.

How tiresome.

14th Amendment, Section 1:

"All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."

President Obama was 'born' in the United States. I do not know where you nuts get the 'natural born citizen' stuff. "All persons born or naturalized in the United States".

See, this is why people get so upset about, say, two Mexicans sneaking across our border, with the woman then giving birth to a child, with said child then considered a citizen of the USA.

Why deny to President Obama the birthright enjoyed by a baby born here via two illegals?
