This is big news. The plaintiffs really are in a good position to argue that NBC does not include native born children of alien parents.

http://www.wnd.com/2012/01/court-oba...ally-eligible/

For the first time in dozens of court cases challenging Barack Obama’s eligibility to be president, a judge has ruled that Obama must, in order to be a candidate on the Georgia ballot for president in 2012, meet the constitutional demands for candidates for the office.

top constitutional expert Herb Titus, contend that the term “natural-born citizen,” which is not defined in the Constitution, would have been understood when the document was written to mean the offspring of two U.S. citizens. That argument is supported by a 19th-century U.S. Supreme Court decision

Obama is in a bit of a pickle and will have to conclusively prove his eligibility.

The judge has simply rejected a motion to dismiss that tried to claim that primaries were exempt from the ballot challenge process.

As to Herb Titus... he has no serious credibility in the practice of law. He's considered a bit of a religious nut-case with equally nutty interpretations of the Constitution.

No pickle. He'll just present his birth certificate. And the hearing will be over.

No, he won't have to present anything. He'd be the defendent. It's up to the others to prove their case

That wouldn't end it anyway. We know that because he's already shown his BC and it didn't end

Just so no one is confused here, the case is NOT about a Birth Certificate.

The "he has to show his BC" argument has already been struck down in an earlier civil trial
