It's like some wierd mathematic rule in an alternate reality:

Instead of:
A square is *always* a rhombus, but a rhombus is not always a square.

It's more like:
I've known a lot of racist that were not birthers, but I've never met a birther who wasn't a racist (on some level).

The birth certificate is not being disputed. The argument is if the legal definition of the term 'natural born Citizen' includes citizens who were not born of 2 US citizen parents.

Obama will have to prove he's a natural born Citizen. He cannot.

Maybe then you will finally admit to yourself why you are so eager to believe such completely ridiculous garbage.
Exactly! What a big waste of time and money.

Yes he has. If you don't want to believe it then go with it.

Apparently the judge sees different. Don't you think Article 2 Section 1 should be upheld?

If some of you desire to live in a perpetual fantasy, why not go and rent some Pixar movies or something? There must be a Redbox somewhere in that town you live in. That, or please find a hobby to occupy your time cuz you've got waaaaay too much of it on your hands.

Since the Judge denied the Motion to Dismiss there really doesn't appear to be a way for this case to end that does not result in a legal definition of what exactly a natural born Citizen really is.

The plaintiff's are in a very good position to argue natural born Citizens are born to citizen parents.

Obama is in trouble...so is Rubio and Jindal.

It cannot be dismissed Obama's goons are frantically trying to dig up dirt on the judge.

Let me be clear to Obama supporters in this forum...he's going to have to argue hes a natural born citizen based on the Wong Kim Ark Supreme court decision.

Wong Kim Ark was affirmed a citizen because his alien parents were permanent residents at his birth.

Obama fails this definition if born in Hawaii.

His father was a transient alien student. Wong Kim Ark was never affirmed a natural born Citizen.

It must be frustrating to be a birther, what with the endless disappointment after disappointment following every instance of fleeting illusory elation.

But hang in there! Any day now!
