And stupidity seems to be the result of the Democratic Party. Maybe you can validate this claim by comparing the number of high crime GOP areas vs Democratic ones.
Any coincidence most of them happen to be in Democratic strongholds

All I know that once the GOP was vanquished in those cities, the democratic party was able to apply its tactics to vastly improve the lives of the citizens in those burgs.

If the GOP would just get out of the way and let the Democratic party apply well known tactics to fix urban problems would crime in large cities drop dramatically?
Democrats plan put all the criminals in the projects and hope they will be nice hasn't really worked out too well.
The Democrats build projects for the poor. The thugs just move in. If they did a background check and had certain standards for these buildings there wouldn't be any thugs. Poor does not = Thug

Most crime ridden neighborhoods are a biproduct of failed democratic policies and initiatives.
If it were up to democrats, no one would go to jail and we would throw just as many programs, food stamps and section 8 vouchers at violent criminals as a way of changing them.

LOL....don't know what kind of criminals inhabit your neck of the woods, but the "real" criminals that i'm familiar with have little to no use for social programs, food stamps, or Section 8 vouchers.
