Just a huge coincidence that this program is announced now with the elections 10 months away and his approval ratings in the mud...
If they directly replace some type of welfare I'm all for it.
Only 70K are paying jobs. The rest (110K) are unpaid internships.
He can't get government funding as this never went through Congress for approval/funding.
This is not like the stimulus jobs program where stimulus money was used to pay for that summer youth program.
But that unimportant tidbit is not publicized to hotly by the MSM.

Yeah, and Romney is promising jobs. If he gets in office don't hold your breath. Bain will have outsourced them, closed down the company, sent Romney his check before Romney takes the oath. Does he have a plan to outsource government?
