Tourists weren't as lucky. Main Street, the iconic pathway to Cinderella Castle, was closed much of the day to the public. Guests were routed directly to Tomorrowland through a backstage area dressed up with floats and flags, avoiding the site of Obama's speech.

Cinderella's Castle...practically the only thing my Granddaughter wants to see. Nice job, O'Blockhead. Way to ruin a childhood memory.

He's there to campaign, he's been doing this since he was in office. More campaigning to keep his job. Just to remind those in Florida, how hard he has been working for them, since they elected him.

Inconsiderate? Is he supposed to stay in the Oval Office all work day and in the WH the rest of the time? Any where he goes there is security and disruptions.

Congratulations... you just described every president from the last 50-100+ years.

Uhhhhh, LOL. Isn't that sorta the job of a President, to engage in politics?

So let me summarize... if he goes away on a vacation, you all whine that he's "lazy, ignoring the country's problems, using our money for fun, etc." But if he goes away on political business, he's what - a poser who doesn't care about his family? Make up your minds, I can't keep the frivolous Obama-bashing straight!!

Were you there at the same time as Obama? If not, how is your granddaughter's trip going to be ruined? And for $5000, I assume you won't be there for only a few hours - I'm guessing you will be visiting for a weekend or longer. So even if Obama was there at the same time, it wouldn't exactly ruin the vacation... just go to a different area for that afternoon, and save Cinderella's Castle for the next day. My parents always made us save the best for last!

These people seem to think Obama should be in lockdown, only leaving the Oval Office to eat, sleep & visit the toilet... not to mention, they act like he's the only President who's ever gone on a trip (for business OR pleasure). They're just grasping wildly at straws now, and it's making them look pretty stupid IMO.

I could imagine telling my granddaughter, "You missed seeing Cinderella's Castle, but it was WORTH it, because you DID get to be in the same park as the ANNOINTED ONE!"
