Yeah they have the right. Question is why do they need to exercise it? Lies are getting to the point they are confusing their own selves so time to shut up I guess. Longer this festers the worse it's gonna get for these idiots. It's not the conspiracy but the coverup that usually gets em in the end.

A person/persons who claim the 5th is so that they don't incriminate themselves. To incriminate yourself means you don't want to offer any evidence that could be used to conclude that you are guilty. It is their right, but it also shows that they are hiding something damaging. No jail time (perhaps), but certainly gives us the right to blow the lid on the scam.
I guess to some people see exercising constitutional rights as wrong if they disagree with it.
I didn't know rights like that changed if other people thought it was okay or not.
