This was exposed on Fox News 'Hannity' last night and it seems that this will disappoint a lot of Republicans and fans of Rubio who want him to be on the ticket as the Vice President choice. I expect he will not be chosen for this very reason. He was not born to naturalized American citizen parents. After it was brought up that Rubio wasn't a natural born Citizen on Hannity, the political forums on the Internet have been seeing heated discussions about this important issue. Expect more of this to come when it gets time for the GOP nominee to chose a VP pick.

I don't like the guy, but come the freak on. The man was born in Miami Florida. If thats the case how is Romney any more eligible than Rubio?

I'm sorry your post doesn't make sense to me. I don't follow most of the garbage out there but if my memory serves me right, it doesn't matter if your parents were citizens or not. If you are born in the US you are a citizen, NO? I quote "All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside." He was born here thus he is a citizen, correct? Isn't that why people use terms like "anchor baby"?

So you must be hung up on the term Natural Born Citizen? Can you show me anywhere in the Constitution that defines Natural Born? No you can't because it isn't defined anywhere and no supreme court has ruled on it.

Heck, maybe they foresaw the future. No test-tube babies can be President. Or no c-section babies.

It seems to me it could mean a number of things or nothing. Just as how one might define the meaning of IS.
