I would say that is consistent, as it symbolically reflects the fact that his presidency has been killing America. Killing the symbol of America, the bald eagle, would be perfectly appropriate.

I really don't see the problem here. It's not a wholesale slaughter, it's 2. Bald Eagle populations are well into full recovery and are not in danger now. What a non-story to be all false-outraged about.
