Obama to fast track southern portion of Keystone XL Pipeline – The 1600 Report - CNN.com Blogs

President Obama plans to announce in Cushing, Oklahoma Thursday that his administration will expedite the permit process for the southern portion of the Keystone XL pipeline, a source familiar with the president's announcement tells CNN.

They shouldn't have any say in the matter, so no credit is due.
It's between the states, the pipeline co. and respective property owners.

President Obama SUPPORTED State's rights by not using Federal power to force Nebraska to accept the original plan which threatened the NE aquifer.

A pipeline that crosses state borders is not a federal issue. Such logic would require a woman to register in Washington for an abortion before crossing a state line to do so.

You can't take credit for "fast-tracking" something that you have stymied repeatedly.

It is not logic, it is the law. Such project requires federal permit.
