Exactly. The TSA folks cannot physically force anyone to do anything without being attacked first, period. I would imagine that self-defense is acceptable in such a case. Too bad they were p***ies and had to pick on a chick. Guess a big dude would've decked them. Only the police can do what the TSA did.

Summers, I've asked you repeatedly for more info. Not only haven't you been able to provide it, you also don't even respond.
Secondly, the video has been CROPPED to only start where the altercation begins....very convenient.
I'm calling BS.
(Especially after the matchmaker show, raises a lot of questions about how this crazy duck might behave.)
Forcing a personal body search on people (nobody short of an authorized le officer with good cause is doing that to me or its inappropriate), making disabled people take of braces and "walk" with out them, removal of prostesis on the body in public and laughing as has been reported at the humiliation? This is actually straight out assualt. It should be prosecuted. You teach children never to allow a stranger to touch their private parts. Then some goon with a blue suit claims they have to and can call for an arrest if its refused? What sort of message are we telling kids? And if you can't arrest yourself but tell the police they should what's the difference?
Compliance "officers" should not be able to touch you.
It isn't forced, so your entire premise is flawed.
Once you begin the process, it becomes an administrative search, and so no probable cause or warrant is required and you are required by law to complete it.
I worked there for four years - never once did I take off a prosthesis or make someone walk without a brace. There may have been isolated and unauthorized instances of that happening, but it certainly was not SOP.
Also, they can't tell the police to arrest anyone, the police decide whether or not they want to arrest anyone. I worked for the TSA in California - we'd get people with pot all the time who had a medical marijuana card, cops saw the card, and the passenger went on their marry way with the pot.
Then WHY THE HECK did you link to a completely unrelated topic?
Sorry about that. I meant to post this interview with Nader.
