Obviously these people turn into mindless animals when attending.
Why is that?

Right. We should ban rap concerts for the same reason we should have banned rock concerts after the following happened:

Approximately 300,000 people attended the concert, and some anticipated that it would be a "Woodstock West." Filmmakers Albert and David Maysles shot footage of the event and incorporated it into a documentary film titled Gimme Shelter (1970). The event is best known for having been marred by considerable violence, including one homicide and three accidental deaths: two caused by a hit-and-run car accident and one by drowning in an irrigation canal. Four births were reported during the event as well. Scores were injured, numerous cars were stolen and then abandoned, and there was extensive property damage.

Oh......forgive me. Those were pretty much white people. Sorry for suggesting something so stupid.

Yes, but white people aren't animals. Isn't that the logical conclusion from the OP?

Unconstitutional. Let the market decide. If the venue (and its insurance company) is willing to provide this entertainment and assume the risks of potential liability and the public is willing to patronize said establishment, I see no problem. If you object to this, my advise would be to just stay home.

Four births and four deaths. Seems to balance out OK. (and I wouldn't be surprised if conceptions brought it back over to the positive side :-) )
