His articles are not released nor can you get them to review. Why is that?
There is nothing that was ever published in any Harvard Law Review that "has not been released." All are public record.
As to the OP... if anybody genuinely believes that woman knew what she was talking about, they're nuts. She was garbling a Birther talking point that is pure fabrication.
He has not spent a penny to prevent the release of his transcripts.

Honestly, I think the President - whoever it is - has so few islands of privacy that he likely fiercely defends those bits he can keep as his own. It's only human nature. In this case, "fiercely defending" consists of not giving permission to release records.

Who would he even pay other than attorneys? And $200,000 in attorney fees would be in response to some legal action which would be public record also.
Ok, so his grades may have sucked, who cares. It is unlikely that is the case since he graduated *** Laude.
1960 is much different than 2012, just ask Bill Clinton.
Well if his grades sucked (and I'm not alleging they did) that would create significant dissonance with the claim by some that the man is utterly brilliant. If he's not as smart as he and his sycophants claim he is then what else do we think we know about him that may be untrue?
