Unfortunately for you, and others, you will simply have to wait for the case to be tried in order to know whether or not she sufficient incriminating evidence. If she has a worthless case, I'll be among the first to acknowledge that.
What are you talking about? I've never took what the funeral director said as being relevant. Look you're on the losing side. Just make peace with that.

Exactly. This tragedy could have been avoided on many levels. Zimmerman should have stayed in the car but he did not have to do so. Trayvon should not have responded with fists.

My opinion hasn't changed. Again, look at what the Detective said, he said it could have been avoided if Zimmerman did what the dispatcher told him to. He didn't. Now a 17 y/o kid is dead, and he's facing murder charges.
A dispatcher will tell you to hide in a closet or lock the door to your beroom too.
100% sure I am not hiding in a damn closet when I have an intruder in my house.
100% sure that detective wouldn't either.
The detective gave an opinion not a statement of fact. I happen to agree that chances are the punk young man might still be alive and Zimmerman would not have had his ashes hauled.
What I question is the lefts portrayal of the incident as well as how the young man is being described as a saintly young man.
Burglary tools, stolen jewlery, and drugs in his system? Some might say this would descibe a thug.
Why use pictures years out of date? Why not show more up to date pics?
At the end of the day I think and this is just my opinion, half azzed Thug meets idiot should be the name of the story.

Are you sure? If ballistics show that zimmerman was more than 10 feet away from Trayvon when he shot him why would zimmerman be calling for help?

The Martin case was hindered by police blunders, says NYT.
Yea, there were screw ups, but is it enough to effect the outcome of a trial, I don't think it will. Most were just delays and the one of the police not canvassing the neighborhood immediately after the shooting, aren't that big of a deal. I do believe the police took Z to much at his word and did not try to interview witnesses immediately and thoroughly, but that did come later so again, not that big of a deal.

Not when you are dealing will a possible homocide case. The only way that he could have walked away w/o a consent is if the EMT did not think that it was serious enough to warrant it
