A society that allows its population to practice homosexual sex is going to last for very long?
Yes, since the gay population has always been relatively small, which means there is no danger of not enough children being created. Gays also aren't sterile. I assure you if the human race was about to die off and only gay men and women were left, they could keep the human race going.
Science has also shown, homosexuality is an evolutionary trait found in nearly every animal species that is necessary for the survival of the species.
So, not only will homosexuality not lower the population, it helps control it and prosper it.
So - you are willing to dismiss religious underpinnings for laws as long as someone can clothe them in secular garments? Are you naive much?
I am unclear how naivete applies, but no I am opposed to religious laws unless a REASONABLE secular reason can be demonstrated in combination with a compelling state interest to regulate whatever it is that it's trying to regulate.
Can we return to the days where the husband can legally rape his wife, and can only marry the same race too?
I'm not a fan of how those laws changed. How dare my wife say no to sex! And I'm sorry but mixed race marriage is a disgusting abomination. God separated the races for a reason.
If "God" meant to separate the races, wouldn't he, in his infinite wisdom, made parts for each that didn't fit to make procreation impossible? Pretty much nulifies the God argument.
As a proud half of an interracial marriage, I am delighted in your discomfort.
There is no provision in the United States Constitution that prevents any language from being made the official national language. I can read, write, and speak Spanish - so it would not be a difficulty for me.
I love languages so it wouldn't be an issue for me either. Not the point.

The First Amendment forbids the establishment of a national religion.
You're contradicting yourself. We're talking about a direct democracy, not a Constitutional Republic. A direct democracy can overrule the 1st Amendment by majority vote.
Perhaps I should be executed, as required by Leviticus.
You seem to be ignoring that Jesus said that he was the fullfillment of the OT law.
