Not confused, brainwashed by liberals to believe that slavery and Jim crow laws are the same as not being able to get married.

Who knew that not being allowed to register at TheKnot was on the same level as hundreds of years of subjugation and degradation?

If one remarks on a thing, that thing is remarkable.

If your evidence demonstrates insignificant racism, it is an exception to the rule.

Why not get back to the symbolic relationship between gays and women and their fight for equal rights?
Because I want you to demonstrate that you're reasonable before I bother gathering such evidence, evidence that will take a few minutes to gather.

What does the CRM have to do with supporting homosexuality? Where is your proof that gays were outspoken in their support of blacks during the CRM? Until you can provide proof of this, you have no point.
You are right that I have no point until the proof is proffered. I don't bother with gathering proof until I have reason to believe that the person I'm arguing with is arguing rather than trolling. Your refusal to answer simple questions leads me to conclude that you're trolling.

Thank you for your time.

How.......convenient.

Just to help you out in the future: When you make inaccurate statements, you are sometimes called on it. Either have the proof to back up your claims or try another line of reasoning.

Here in Philly the majority of African Americans are in favor of gay rights.

Our black mayor, Michael Nutter, is very pro-gay.

I think it is more of a geographical divide. North Carolina is a conservative Southern state. The land of Jesse Helms. Black people in the south are more conservative than those in the north ... but that is not to say there aren't liberal blacks in the south or conservative blacks in the north.

African Americans for the most part are more down to earth than middle class whites. No fancy haughty toddy progressive nonsense for them. The president forgets that poor people protect the little they have - like marriage- It's the spoiled upper middle class and the new bee elite that like to toy with the world...all black Americans want are the normal common stuff- Like a wife or husband...a couple of kids - a home and a car....They are not part of the wine sipping pseudo intellectual slithering sophisticates...who promote the destruction of the last thing common people have- their only hope and wealth FAMILY.

This is exactly what I hear from white women who prefer dating black men. It's not about the skin color or any "taboo". It's about the more down to earth personality. They are very sick of white metrosexual progressives and think of them more as friends they can confide in rather than boyfriend material.
