That burgeoning parity is in some areas becoming a disparity in womens favor. And that disparity is sometimes legally enabled or even encouraged. Pointing those areas out is not whining.

Once again, this could have been a good thread. There are many debatable points to all sides of the argument. However, since the level of discourse made this nothing more than a train wreck this thread is closed.
