This is WONDERFUL news. I am sick and tired of the ACLU pushing people around like pawns, with threats of lawsuits and negative media coverage.
The onyl trouble is that the ADF and ACLJ do NOT have the Soros money behind it to fund every crazy lawsuit they can think up. That is why donations are important to these anti-ACLU groups.

An honest question: When was the first time you ever heard about George Soros? Independent research? Or some blog or opinion piece whose objective was to smear Soros?
The ACLU has never harmed me. That cannot be said of the fundamentalist christian that had me fired because I was an agnostic. That I was too sick to fight the dismissal just made it easier for him and his buddies to punish a heritic.

Finally cities and towns will have the aid they need to stop the ACLU! The ACLU has been able to make headway because they target cities and towns that do not have the resources to fight them in court and many give in. The ACLU is one of the most dangerous orgs in America.
