Well Sandusky is not smiling in his latest photo op. That's a good feeling. During the trial he seemed to be all happy. Now maybe he's realizing what he has done and how he's hurt so many other people and the people around them as well.
If not that then he is a little nervous about being behind bars for the rest of his life. He'll like the showers there.
Wrong. He will live in protection in a 6x8 cell, away from the other inmates. They hate anyone who hurt children. If Jerry goes into gen pop, he won't last a month before someone takes him out.
Life in a solitary box for celeb molesters. Life in hell with company for non-celebs that nobody is keeping track of. Neither much to look forward to.
And with the adopted son making an accusation, another trial? And lawsuits up the gizu which will drain the family fortune.
But for the kids, nobody can give back what was stolen. At least they can openly get therapy now and perhaps move on.
A great many adults who molest children were molested themselves and never told. The age of their victums tends to be the age their abuse began since emotionally they still identify. Maybe this and the priests and the RC offiial finally convicted of protecting the molestors are doing other children a great gift in the publlcity, since as long as its a taboo subject filled with shame and humiliation which is at best half reported, its perpeturated. Only if we open out the windows, tell those who need to know the signs that something is wrong--spouses, parents, caretakers, and even grandparents--and give care to victums will it continue to simmer in the dark.
I guess you dont know it's most often straight men who sexually molest young boys.
If they molest boys they are not straight. I have never heard of a gay male molesting girls would he still be gay?

Um, adults who have sex with adults are by definition not pedophiles, so "adult" has a great deal to do with it. Is there something about the definition of pedophilia that is escaping folks here?
In Sandusky's case, it's probably more about access than about the sex of the victims. Boys and girls aren't all that different until puberty, and a pedophile is attracted to the child's body type. He just had a steady stream of young boys that he could victimize.
He had teen boy victims, too, though, didn't he? Some say boys are particularly attractive to pedophiles once their hormones start coming online.
