The President or his supporters haven't singled-out Bain per se for criticism, but, rather, the decisions Mr. Romney made when he was the leader of Bain. There's a difference I don't expect the wing-nuts to understand. There have been some sizeable political contributions to the Obama campaign this year from Bain employees/executives. Probably from people who know Mr. Romney or his reputation better than we do and who will work hard to prevent him from being hired as President of the USA.

Ding, ding, ding.....nice deflection attempt, but you fail.
Obama has demonized Bain repeatedly and then hypocritically hires former Bain employees. He did NOT just criticize Romneys Bain relationship and lefties know it.
And thanks for mentioning he is taking donation money from Bain! Yet another hypocrisy from the king of lies and deceit.
"Mr. Obama said he views private equity firms like Bain Capital as a “healthy part of the free market” that are designed to “maximize profits.” He said that among them there are “folks who do good work.”
But he made it clear that he believes private equity firms put profits above all else, which, he said, is too limited a view at a time of economic struggle.
“Their priority is to maximize profits, and that’s not always going to be good for businesses or communities or workers,” Mr. Obama said."
ALL criticism aimed directly at Romney and not Bain. Right.
Sorry, but you are the one who needs to learn how to read. It says Jeff Zients and Boris Bershteyn both worked for Bain & Company.
So, you are saying that everyone is wrong and you are right?
Quote:
President Obama’s budget director is one of the few people on his staff with real private sector experience. Jeff Zients not only worked in the private sector, he worked for Bain Consulting, the company his boss loves to bash. It doesn’t look like Obama is getting his talking points from Zients, who is apparently a big fan of Bain.
Bain and Company is a management consulting firm while Bain Capital is a private equity firm. Bain Capital was spun off from Bain a long time ago but still has close relations with Bain. A lot of former consultants from Bain work at Bain Capital but most former Bain consultants do not work at Bain Capital or even in private equity. These former Bain consultants probably haven't worked at Bain in a while. The vast majority of Bain consultants are also pushed out or leave within 2-4 years of working at the company because the lifestyle of a management consultant is horrible (traveling every week and working 60-80 hrs a week is not fun).
From looking at these new appointees, they worked at Bain for 2 years once they graduated from college. They left to go to a different company or law school in Bershteyn's case and haven't been affiliated in any way with Bain in over a decade. I mean seriously, do you think an entry level job that lasted a mere 2 years is really that important?
