I don't like Sarah Palin. But I admire her. She has the moral courage to stand by her convictions on beeing Pro Life. She gave birth to a baby with Down Syndrome, knowing full well she could have terminated the pregnancy. Her teeenage daughter, gets knocked up, and again, the family makes a pro life choice.
But that is the key issue, choice. They chose to have those children. I admire her, but I don't agree with her philosophy that she or anyone should take a personal medical decision away from a woman. It is a medical procedure, not a political ideology.
Can you name for me one other "medical procedure" that when performed correctly, results in DEATH 100% of the time?

The "official" title of the articles says, "Man Charged With Murder of Girlfriend, Unborn Child". The opening sentence says, "ADELANTO, Calif. (KTLA) -- Prosecutors filed charges Wednesday against a man accused of beating his pregnant girlfriend to death, the alleged beating also resulting in the death of his unborn baby."

And yet, indeed people are charged all the time for causing the death of a fetus.
Considering that 1 out of 160 births in the United States, the babies are born dead, I'd like to know how the court is going to determine that this baby would have been born at all.
