But that is the key issue, choice. They chose to have those children. I admire her, but I don't agree with her philosophy that she or anyone should take a personal medical decision away from a woman. It is a medical procedure, not a political ideology.
Can you name for me one other "medical procedure" that when performed correctly, results in DEATH 100% of the time?

I guess I do then.

I mean abortion is abortion.
When the risk of one of the mother or child is death, then I respect the woman's choice. How common that really is, I do not know.

And so many pro-abortion people are against the death penalty. After all, life is life. See, I can play that game too.

Makes for quite the conundrum doesn't it? Especially when we were told for years that it's not "human", it doesn't matter until it's born.

And yet, indeed people are charged all the time for causing the death of a fetus.

Considering that 1 out of 160 births in the United States, the babies are born dead, I'd like to know how the court is going to determine that this baby would have been born at all.

Abortion is a right. Women have a right to their own bodies .

YOU want bigger government to come between women and their doctors.

I want a law passed that has YOUR personal life exposed so that everyone can control, regulate, criticize your every move so you don't do anything anyone else considers wrong( like lying)....fair enough???

If you support abortion, you do condone murder. Sorry that your position makes you so uncomfortable. And you conveniently ignored my question to you: can you name me one other "right", that when exercised correctly, results in DEATH 100% of the time?

Neither does a mentally retarded child, outside the womb. Should we be allowed to murder them too, if they become too much of a burden?

The reason, OP, there are different words for the unborn at these different stages is that they are NOT people yet.
People? Are they human beings?
