Why haven't I seen CATO or the Reason Foundation do a piece on voter ID laws? That's how I know libertarians are closet conservatives. They never rally with liberals on any issue.

They are conservatives. If you read the comments on
"libertarian" sites, you will see most if not all the commentary are of xenophobic or racist nature.

Actually no. In the past in some poor and more rural areas where home-births were common people getting birth certificates would fall through the cracks.
