It's a bit like with anyone else. If you tell a woman that she is fat, ugly, and disgusting, she might slap you even if you are right
Yes, I do think the film maker has blood on his hands since he put it on Youtube, a global website.
You can't turn enemies of the US into friends with big guns. Just won't work. Actually, the world is full of enemies of the US, most people just don't care enough about it to act.
It's also the US' own fault, because of foreign politics etc. This is certainly not a simplistic good vs bad guy thingy.
Nor does anyone even know who exactly it was that killed those people. So who will you direct your big guns at?
But if you tell a woman that she is fat, ugly and disgusting, does that give you the right to KILL another man, unrelated to the man that made the insult?
The number of people who are blaming the film maker, and absolving the terrorists is truly disgusting.
I know who killed our citizens (those people? Really?) - it was muslim extremists.
Romney's comments are a political disaster no matter how much some want to think not.
Romney defended our freedoms right from the start. He didn't apologize for hurting their feelings.
He didn't condemn any US citizen for religious intolerance.
He didn't flip flop between the two incidents.
As the news unfolds today, it is clear that the GOP is not jumping on this - it is just Romney. The GOP leadership has stayed far away from trying to turn this into a political advantage. GOP foreign policy experts are universal in their condemnation of Romney. Even Ryan has been restrained in his remarks. It Romney alone who is showing his disrespect for murdered Americans and the depths to which he can sink to get elected by trying to take advantage of their deaths on the anniversary of 9/11.
What a craven A$$!! Romney has not moral integrity nor does he have a moral backbone. To try and make political hay from the death of diplomats overseas is just too much.

Very good point. It's all Romney. But you have to include his minions here on city-data.

Did you make this decision before or after the obamas embassy said they were sorry?
