a month before the election, would Mother Jones, the NY Times and the alphabet channels have a little more intellectual curiosity?
Would the Dems think it was no biggie?

If it happened while Bush was president the left would be trying to get him charged with murder, and if he had called their deaths "less than optimal" it would be repeated on the front page for weeks.

A lot worse happened on Bush's watch. What you saw after 9/11 was nearly universal support of the 1st Responders, families and people most directly affected by the deaths in NYC, DC and Pa. Prez Bush was given a lot of credit for his dealing with it and only started losing some of that, when people that did not believe the lies that led to starting a war in Iraq started saying it was a big mistake. There was not an immediate jump on the 9/11 tragedy for political purposes we have witnessed over the last month or so.

Did you forget the first 9/11. Bush was warned of an attack. How many died again on that day?

At least Bush didnt sit there for 7 hours and watch each person in the Twin Towers get shot......

Get over it....to allow Bengazi to happen AFTER 09/11 on 09/11 is sickening...and to cover it up...that is icing on the cake.

BYW Bill Clinton was warned about the USS Cole and did nothing....take a history class before spewing your bull**.

To answer the question...everyone in the media would have been all over Bush and re-election would have been a pipe dream.

If the media were even half as curious about Bhengazi, Fast & Furious, taxpayer "investments" in "green" companies that have gone bankrupt (but not before some of them managed to kick some of that money back into Obama's campaign coffers), classified leaks from the White House, etc., as they were in Bush's National Guard service or the Valerie Plame kefuffle, Romney would be sleep-walking into the presidency right now.

24//7 is how often we would hearing about it. Whatever happened to reporters? I am not talking about the entertainers and commentators that we have too many of today, but the kind that told facts and nothing but the facts. It is amazing how much better the news was before it was capable of being dispensed 24 hours a day on a regular basis.

If Benghazi happened on the Bush "watch"? The extremists wouldn't have been heard from. Come to think of it, I don't think we heard from them when 9/11 happened on his watch.
