What I fault the president with is signing into law something that gives the federal government to force me to buy something.
I fault him for not working with the other side more. Now I know they obstructed, but a better politician could have used other ways to make them compromise. He extended all of the bush tax cuts.
That's another thing. Tax cuts don't show up as spending under reports like this. Obama has lowered taxes while in office without offsetting them with spending cuts.
So yeah, I have some bones to pick with the president.

First off, Obamacare IS the compromised health care reform bill Obama originally wanted to pass (which would have included a Single-Payer Option for everyone).
Second, now that the myth of him raising taxes has been proving wrong, now you fault him for not cutting spending.
Oh boy, this guy can't win for losing with the Shapeshifters.
Again the reason spending hasn't increased under Obama is because they are using 2009 as the baseline in this article. He didn't have to increase it because it was already through the roof his first year in office.

Obama was responsible for $1.021 TRILLION in debt.
When the budget deficit exceeded the projected deficit, Obama should have ordered a spending freeze --- he didn't -- so he voluntary spent $1.021 TRILLION and you cannot blame that on Bush.

Clearly you missed the fact that the 2009 budget was NOT an OBAMA budget. The 2009 budget was devised and put into effect in late 2008.

The first budget devised and implimented (and as mentioned, CONGRESS does the budget) during the Obama Presidency was the 2010 budget. The budget for any given year is generated the PREVIOUS year.

Exactly. Also, you know, where's personal responsibility?
Biggest expenses go to healthcare, military... maybe stronger foreign alliances and focus on raising healthy kids (Mrs. Obama's main platform!) would bring expenses down? Those things will take a few years. But right now Obama has to deal with what IS.
And which is why, obviously, a "good businessman" (ok, debateable, but the big pro arguement nonetheless) like Mitt Romney was not the answer. lol It's about more than that, which he did not have the empathy or big-picture mentality for enough different kinds and classes of people to comprehend.
