Christmas used to be my least favorite holiday until now. Christmas is a celebration of the birth of Christ.

I agree, it's a load of corporate, quasi-religious BS.

Ok, if you are a Christian perhaps, but otherwise it's a sham.

I say ban all and any Christmas related STUFF!

( Maybe we can get a "War on Christmas " going in here and change the subject from guns to something (anything) else!)

This HAS become the gun forum.....maybe Christmas WILL be forgotten

How do you know he does? I made the same comments about Christmas, and I don't participate... doesn't mean I can't state my opinions on the matter.

I know, right?! I've only popped in a few times over the last week, and all I see are gun threads... it's really quite ridiculous, especially when we already have a sticky on the shootings. Seriously people, hasn't everything been said by now?? Even the "war on Christmas" would be a welcome diversion, or maybe we could just talk about how the 12/21-ers were wrong.

What do Democrats have to do with anything, and how do you even know the OP is one? I also don't get your last statement (how his comments are related to "want and ignorance" is beyond me), but I guess this was just your chance to spew randomly about Democrats. Lame.

Btw, it's interesting that you want to "dumb down Democrats" - which actually implies you think they're too smart, right?? LOL
