To this add arms "gifts" worth many many millions and an entire fleet of "surplus F16 fighter jets " by Dov Zakheim, the Pentagon's chief financial officer and prime architect of the Defense Department's self-styled fiscal transformation under the bush administration. This year we will give an additional 3 billion IRON DOME anti missile system.
In addition, when Dov Zakheim was comptroller at the pentagon, the Pentagon could not account for a trillion dollars in monies spent, and US Army lost track of 56 airplanes, 32 tanks, and 36 Javelin missile command launch-units.
I supported Ron Paul, but not his son Rand. The minute he supported Romney, another Wall Street puppet like Obama, told me all I needed to know. Continue the status quo.

You do understand by defunding Israel, that it will INCREASE unemployment in the US. All the funding is a gift card given to Israel to purchase military equipment made in the USA. Also Egypt and Jordan are part of the same funding package by treaty. So all together $6 Billion would be cut. So if $6 Billion in income were cut, how many jobs would be lost? Which politician will stand up and admit to causing massive layoffs all around the US?
Israels Military budget alone is $15 Billion. So removing $3 Billion will hurt the US much more than Israel in more ways than jobs.
And who is really creating those jobs. The $6 Billion is from tax revenue. The top 10% ("rich") of the population pays over 50% of taxes. Something like 49% of the population does not pay any taxes. So it is essentially the top 10% of the US population that is creating jobs. These jobs, as you indicate, are in the US, but also are elsewhere--in the local country receiving the aid and in China (and others) which supplies computer chips/etc. Ultimately it is the "Rich" that is the source of funding that creates Jobs. Without their tax revenue, that would not happen.

The aid Israel recieves is about 1% of Israel's budget. Israel doesn't build new settlements in a long time. Only illegal outposts built by idiots that get torn down by the Israeli government. Egypt Jordan and the Paletinians also receive aid, why do people only care when its Israel
