Now I have to move. Because of the Superemacy Clause, you cannot jail a federal worker if they are enacting a federal law. These people are about to get their asses and walking papers handed to them. It's great to talk tough, it will be different when you're called to action.

The supremacy clause only applies to constitutional laws.
