If anything about birtherism was true, there would be no need for standing at all. There is no hurdle of Article III standing in criminal cases, only civil cases. Therefore, if any genuine evidence existed that any documents were forged or any fraud was committed, then a criminal indictment would be in order.
But after more than 5 years and 200 civil court cases, no birther has ever been able to initiate a criminal case. Not even Sheriff Arpaio... and who is in a better position to initiate criminal proceedings than a county sheriff? Seriously?
That tells you that even Arpaio doesn't believe he has the tiniest shred of evidence that Barack Obama is not a natural-born US citizen.
